HIN location

Where can I finds an easy place to photo or pencil trace the HIN on my '88 C34. I need it for documentation. You would not believe the issues I am having with this. Thanks.

Look under the rubrail at the starboard stern or at the top of the starboard stern. There was also a sticker under my vberth.

makani : On a standard transon C34 you can also find the HIN # under the Catalina plate screwed in the aft cockpit just above the aft lazerette hatch.

The HIN on DarBay (a 1986 C34 hull 84) was in the storage area on the port side next to the forward bulkhead.
Not sure what that area is called. It is behind the back rest of the settee
