Attention all stations:

If you are coming up on renewing your USCG Captain's License out of the New Orleans REC, be advised that it is currently taking approximately 4 months to process due to Katrina and the move to, now back from, Memphis, TN.  Also, there are new fingerprinting and ID verification procedures - you have to physically travel to the New Orleans REC to have ths done, but only once.
