As my old Uncle used to say, "the confusder I go the further I get." I have the same original Oberdorfer raw water pump as Stu, but I don't know the model number because I don't have access to the boat yet, but I need to get on the stick and order a couple impellers, fuel filter for my Racor and engine and a belt for the alternator (modified bracket). I'm losing my fair weather/daylight/ tide window for the 2-3 day trip to my marina from Olympia to Port Orchard. Is there a site I'm missing that recommends the right parts and best source for my M-25 engine? The owner has zero spares and doesn't know as much as I do.

I found this link on Amazon but don't know if it's the correct pump and the gasket is thin enough. https://www.amazon.com/Impeller-Oberdorfer-Ring-9797-034-Gasket/dp/B0744XSCM8
I show a Baldwin BF789 for fuel filter.to replace the original UNI298854

Am I on track here?
If human intelligence is insufficient, why think something artificial modeled after it would be better?

porch : It looks to me that you have an Oberdoffer # 202-15 pump.  I'd advise you to get your O'doffer parts from DEPCO  Clearwater Fl. Tel. 800-445-1656  You'll need a gasket (get a couple) #6599, impeller (get a couple) #6593 .  If you need some lipseals (water or oil leaking) #5463!!  If you need other parts just talk to them!!!

If you want a better impeller (in my opinion & what I use) go to Defender 800-628-8225 and get a Globe #815 impeller.

Lists parts for both Oberdorfer and Sherwwod pumps.

If if your hose barbs have 1/2" npt thread you have a 202M-16 pump. If they are 3/8 npt you have a 202M-15 pump.  The parts are identical for both (Ron's list.)

No, there isn't necessariky "one" list for parts for an m-25.  For instance I know of at least 5 different pumps that were put on that engine.  In the heyday of turning out a boat a day and Universal supplying many boat manufacturers they would put on whatever appendages they could get to meet demand.  The same thing happens with other systems on boats.

If you need the secondary fuel filter read the article I wrote Herr:

Get familiar with the wiki website, it will be your boat's good friend.
