The crack above the strut will show as as a half circle. When the strut is installed it is adjusted and aligned with the shaft. The bolts are completed and the area is then filled in. Ive seen this from pics  from the factory.

I had this crack when I purchased Clarity in 2007. I ground out a slight "V"  in the area and all is well. MY STRUT WAS NOT LOOSE.

The curved track should not be an issue, Garhauer has a number that should work. One example from their site.

Low Lead Genoa Car for 1-1/4" T-Track

Good luck,

Thanks,

My original seacock is/was 3/4" the macerator is one inch. I had a real short haul (boat in slings, but still in well, raised just enough to get thru hull out of water) and I took 10 minutes to replace.

Bob,

As I understand Cliff's question it had to do with the head intake water line. That should be a direct line from the thru hull to the head, with no vented loop.
The vented loop should be between the pump and the bowl. This is based on my setup per the instructions in my Raritan and other head manuals.

Patches,

Storage and disposal of liquids also needs to be considered.

It's always something.

Is it magnetic?

Natterling,

Go to the Garhauer site, look at the different options. Call them directly, they will make suggestions on blocks. They sent me drawings
on their suggestions and I ordered.

Scott,

Nice setup on your MK II, unfortunatly the set on Paul's and my MK I is different and there is not sufficient space for the boards in the bracket you have on the port side. With a little modification a board my fit on each side. I still think the port locker is the best solution. My thought.

Port locker, just a thought.

Patches,

If you haven't already,

Go back up to post #5, Mainsail's post. Go to his link at the bottom and click on his store. Many options for you needs.
Just my thought,

Paul,

I can't help with spreader measurement, but I used the large size spreader boots from Taylor Made last month.

Threaden Sails,

You should hear replys from others with models like yours,  but while you wait take a look at the "Critical  Upgrades" it will give you valuable insight into your issue.

Hang in there, it will get better.
