Universal M-25 XP = Kubota D 950

Who knows a site where you can find Kubota parts on line for the M 25 Xp motor? It is writtten in on my Marine Diesel owners manual it is a D950 (Kubota) and I have found the kubota dealer and he did order me some parts. I would like to find a place on line to order though or at least to look up the parts and get the part numbers. Anyone have this? I checked and the Universal dealer wants $65 a glow plug and the Kuborta dealer wanted $14. each. Looking for a new fuel injector.  ($114 at universal) Terry

Follow Ron's advice and check the manuals section of the website: http://www.c34.org/manuals/index.htm.

Also look at reply #6 here:  http://c34.org/bbs/index.php?topic=3133.0  It gives three Kubota tractor dealers in my neck of the woods, and if I recall correctly, you'd found some local dealers near you in the past year or so (reply #5 here: http://c34.org/bbs/index.php?topic=4191.msg23946#msg23946), and they should have the info for you.

I found the parts maunal last night after searching for "injectors" on this site. I assume the D-950 BB is the same as my engine the Universal M-25 XP. I did go to the sites suggested but I must be very out of the loop as far as searching these sites as i could not find anywhere where I could access the model I was looking for. I also tried to access the new search system put into this site but even though I have the new version of Excell I could not get the "search all " selection that was supposed to appear at the "bottom" to come up. I mean the words never appeared to click on. (is this a cookies function or something I need to allow?")
I did get one reply to my questions to these sites to contact engine distributers and a phone number. This is frustrating. A few years ago I would have called the dealer and hada mechanic sent out. Being a REALTOR things are now different now and we are squeezing our nickels so I have more time than money.

I got this from Tractor smart supply. this seems easy so far and knowing what the D 950 is used on makes it easier for me to access tjhe site. Hope this helps someone else. see 2 emails from the Tractor Smart people  below...

From what other boat owners have told me the Universal 25XP has the Kubota D950 engine.
That engine was used in the Kubota B7200 tractor.
Of course there are some things that are on your engine that would not be on our version of the D950 as used in the Kubota tractor.
Mainly what boat owners have purchased from us are things like fresh water pump, glow plugs, fuel injectors, cylinder head,
thermostat. Note that the boat engine uses a cooler thermostat part number 19203-73010 ( 160 deg) not show in the tractor manual.
