New June 2024 C34/C355IA Renewal Forms by Email

Starting today we have eliminated the old snail mail renewal forms and will be issuing renewal forms by email as they come up quarterly.

Our first set was issued just today.

We are completing the migration of our old File Maker Pro database to a new Google Sheet spreadsheet.  We may have duplicated a renewal request for a few of you, and I'm sure you'll let us know as we catch up to the dozen or so of you who may have renewed in the past two weeks.
