Water infiltration in the stern of the aft cabin

Sorry for my poor English and if this topic has already been covered. When it rains, we always have to deal with water infiltration in the aft cabin. So we dismantled everything, resealed it ... and it's dripping again.
Does anyone have an idea where the rainwater could be coming from ? Do we have to remove the teak in the cockpit or maybe grout everything again ?

Never saw a teak deck version. Perhaps that is you leaking issue?
