It is over for the Winter Series - thanks to all who came out to be part of the fun ----  See results below

The Catalina 34 Fleet will race - as a one design class - in the 2006/2007 GGYC Manuel Fagundes Seaweed Soup Regatta at GGYC with first race being on November 4, 2006.     

Entry forms should be sent to Fleet 1 Race Chair - Chris Owen.

Mottley wins the Series with 7 points, Crew's Nest second with 8 points, Wind Dragon thrid with 15 points.

Race #5 was cancelled due to lack of winds after the RC waiting for some 3 hours for the wind to fill in. Some of the earlier fleets were able to start but by the time it got to the last 3 fleet for the day, the current was stronger than the wind at the starting line.

This reduced the series to 4 races and removed the throw-out for the series results - allow Mottley (7) to win by one point over Crew's Nest (.

This has been a very light wind series so having the last race cancelled due the lack of wind was probably fitting.
