We've been away to Florida for two weeks and are anxious to get back out on the boat.  We haven't been out for a month which is probably the longest period of no boating we've had since we bought it.

So...... if it's not raining cats and dogs we'll be anchored somewhere in Skagit Bay or up near Saddle Bag Island, depending on the current flow in the Swinomish Channel when we go to leave.  We'll know more as the week progresses but just wanted to give a heads up in case someone else in the group can get out this weekend.

Welcome back Ray.  We were out at James Island on the 10-12th and rode out a heavy storm while tied to the dock.  It was not a good place to be with 30 knot winds out of the SW.  First time that has happened to us there.

We will not be out this or next weekend (this looks like a good one too) as we have other commitments.
