Help with a leak please!!!!

I have a leak that is driving me crazy.  A coffee colored liquid is entering the cabin through 2 screws that hold the teak trim on either side of the companion way sliding cover.  It is also coming in around the hatch in the head.
Neededless to say, I've re-bedded and sealed everything I can.  I just spent 3 hours yesterday washing the boat and no leaks.  It seems to only do it after rain.  It is only on the port side and between the head and the dorade vent.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ron, I've already done that.  In fact those teak strips are in my basement being varnished.  I put a dab of silicone rubber in the screw holes and verified that each is properly sealed.  Any other thoughts?

I have the same problem! Discovered this winter/spring with the covering off, and no dodger to cover the vent in the head.

After a rain, I get the browish water drips in the headliner.

I popped out the stainless vent, and caulked all around the inside.  I think I will need to further take out the plastic sleeve that the vent sits into, and rebed the coachtop, where the sleeve fits.

Ron,
I may have to remove the center overhead hatch.  That's about the only thing I havn't re-bedded.  I did the hatch in the head twice.  I also removed the teak pad for the jib sheet stopper when I took the other teak off.  I considered removing and re-bedding the jib sheet winch, but it is elevated slightly above the deck on a pad.  I guess I might as well do that too - I've checked everything else.
