just finished this entire job on hull 98, the website info was very helpful. I'm waiting on a final adjustment of the motor mounts when Isabel is launched in two weeks. Although I got a lot of info on this website, I still had to learn quite a bit as I went.  Total material including Flex o fold 2 blade prop was 1,480.00 boat dollars. I'm leaving the old engine mounts in as they seem serviceable (read: not seized). I have an answer to almost any question you might have regarding this job. The only mystery is how the final alignment will work out. I have adjusted the mounts so the shaft is centered in the log, and I"m hoping it will be close enough for the final adjustment  to be minimal.
