Following an exhaustive search, I have found the part number for the rolled pins.  On the outside of the package from Raytheon that contained 4 rolled pins is written 24108.  I hope that helps.

Jim,

Is this for the rolled pin connecting the engaging lever to the shaft on the ecentric pinch roller?

Thanks for the info.  Now to see if I can get Raymarine to send me a package.

FYI - for those close to Seattle

The Offshore Store at 3400 Stone Way N. Seattle, WA 206-632-3025 carries these pins and had them in stock last time I was in.  Sorry, didn't get the part number.  They knew exactly what I was talking about as soon as I started describing the problem.  Charged my $1 each.  Get 3+ as it's easy to put one in crooked and have to drill it out and try again plus you'll want spares.  Took me 2 tries.

Also, a pin punch from the hardware store is a useful accessory for cleaning out parts of the old ones.
