What size line for whisker topping lift?

Hello all -

Looking to install a topping lift for the whisker pole - any suggestions what length / diameter line would be appropriate?  Believe I have the 10-18 forespar aluminum

I would guess 3/8 but why not call Forespar?

Mine is 3/8". You can get by with a smaller topping life line as there isn't that big of a load on it, but 3/8" is easier to grip.
