oil leak from dip stick

hello,

I got my vibration problem all solved.  The machanic did a bad job aligning the engine and had to redo it.

Now on the my next problem.... :)

Had the same problem, seems the seals around the top shrink and get harder.  I ordered a new one and it solved the problem.
