(not) good vibrations

Becki : From your description of the engine vibrations that you are getting, you don't need a master mechanic to look at your engine for the indications that I mentioned above.

I might be wrong, but if you have "out of alignment" problem? it should be quite obvious.
 
If not alignment, then a mechanic needs to check and see if your engine is "firing " on all 3 cylinders!!

it wasn't the motor mounts.  they were tight.  mechanic and "dad" thought it was the belt.  mechanic tightened.  we'll see how it goes

You DO HAVE the upgraded alt mount, correct?  When the old one gets loose and vibrates, it can sound like all hell's breaking loose.
