Ritchie Binnacle Compass Leaking

The binnacle compass on my 1990 C34 (hull #1057) is leaking fluid and is now about half full.  Can anyone advise me how to remove the compass so I can have it repaired.  Any recommendations on who in the Annapolis, MD, area does these repairs?  many thanks.

I had the same problem several years ago and sent the whole thing back to Richie.  They replaced the compass at no charge to me.  The bladder in the bottom of the compass rots.  The address I have for the manufacturer is:

I appreciate the information.  Talked with Ritchie today and they told me how to remove it and ship it back for repair.  Max cost = $175.
