sump pump replacement

My sump pump seemed to burn out, its not pumping out the ice box water.  where do I get a replacement?  Is the install difficult?  Any thoughts?

Your description doesn't mention whether the pump sounds like it is trying to pump or is dead.  Have you closed off the valve to the shower (and opened the through-hull) when trying to empty the fridge sump?  Mine will drain either the shower or the fridge sump well, but it won't work at all only if both valves are open.
