Rewiring cabin lights?

The factory wire does seem a bit small to me as when I turn on
some of the more powerful lights the ones on dim a bit.

My solution... is one to one day replace my lights with low
power LED lights.... then the wire will be properly sized.

...

Soldering the connections sounds pretty motivated but a
good idea if you're there's any corrosion going on...
