If you want your picture to appear to the left of your message as you see here, or if you want an avatar to appear, here's how to do it.

1.  Click on "MyPop" at the top of this page.
2.  Click on "Profile."
3.  Scroll down to "Avatar / Picture URL"
4.  Click on "Edit."  
5.  Pick one of the pictures that you want, or use your own picture.  If you use your own, you'll have to upload it to a URL --- please limit it to 48x48 pixels.
