Hand rails

Just a not to those who are interested in replacing their handrails. I called Catalina and they say they no longer do teak replacement parts but they told me to call H&L at 323-636-1718. They sell handrails  with loops on 10" centers. They sell an 11 loop unit (12 bolting posts) for $98.00 each. The two rear handrails, which have two loops (three posts) sell for $21.14 each. I am going to check on shipping costs (CA to NY), but this sounds like a good deal to me.

Jerry : In case you may have missed it, Catalina installed stainless hand holds on the later MK1s.  They will be more expensive than the teak and the bolt holes thru the deck (teak vs. stainless) may not line up. 
The good part is it'll end hand rail maintenance!!
