Spring is supposed to be here in the Pacific Northwest, although you wouldn't know it by the snow line in nearby hills.  I'm waiting for my schedule to change again in May so we'll have weekends off so we can start getting out in the local Islands again.  We're getting out for sure on Memorial Day weekend and would enjoy meeting up with other local boaters again.  We've had very good luck getting the float at Doe Island in the past, even on Holiday weekends, if anyone else is interested in a rendezvous.  We're also in the process of firming up our vacation to Desolation Sound again, probably the first three weeks of July again.  I think we'll hit Princess Louisa either while heading up or heading back down.  We enjoyed meeting Jack and Ruth on Mariah III last year along with Randy and Jeanne on Voyager.  Happy sailing

We don't have a schedule firmed up because we're waiting to hear if Ross is expected to go to basketball camp.  I'll be over about the 3rd week of June to get the boat ready.  (still need to trace why the buzzer was sounding softer and why she wouldnt turn over while at the dock at James). I'm also thinking of changing out the 4D to golf cart batteries.  Have the wiring diagram that someone posted, and just need to poke around to see how the rest of the wiring fits in.   Hopefully if everything works out we'll overlap somewhere in there, as we, too, want to head to Princess Louisa and Desolation.

We planning on bringing Espresso up to the San Juans from Seattle the week between 7/15 and 7/21. We're going to have to save Desolation Sound for when I can afford to take the boat out of charter.

Greetings Craig and Randy,

We can start watching each other's plans develop and see if anything pans out.  We may be back down in the San Juans around the 21st.  Craig, I have a friend who gets a cheap charter rate to take another person's boat up to Lund each summer.  He gets the boat for a week and parks it at Lund for the owner.  The owner comes up to Lund to use his boat up in Desolation Sound.  I think they have had this arrangement for a couple of years now.  You might be able to have someone pay you to move your boat to where you want to cruise.

Greetings Ray Craig and Randy,

We are poised to move into our new house in Anacortes in the next few weeks (if we can get the contractor to finish!) then we will be ready to go sailing.  Took the boat out for a guick spin around Burrows bay yesterday to shake the slime off. Beautiful day!.  Have not set any plans yet for the summer as several visitors are comming to see us from Virgina and Florida and dates are not firm.  We are expecting a new grandson arriving in California mid June so you all know where we will be then.  Hope to get together out on the water with all as the wether improves.
