Hey Phil can you expain the "karma" rating?  Looked at the profile pages, couldn't find any info on it.  Maybe I just didn't look hard enough.

Karma - the explanation....

If you think the post is something really great, you can click the smile. That's a positive thing, and it will add 1 to that persons karma rating. If you think is it terrible, you can click the frown. That will deduct one point from that persons karma rating. What's listed is the overall Karma rating. the higher the number 'the better', the lower the number 'the worse'. If you click on the person's name, you'll see his/her overall karma rating. You can not change your own karma, just someone else's. It's just another feature of this type of forum. It's also one of those options that can be turned off.
