Engine/Fuel Not Sure ???

Question:  What max RPMs might I expect from the 25 HP Universal on my 1986 C34 (hull #12).  Engine was just rebuilt 1 1/2 years ago....

I have had that problem several times and it has always been plugged fuel filters i.e. no fuel no run.  After I changed the Racor and spin on and properly bled the system everything was fine. You may also need to clean your fuel tank to get to the root cause of the problem.  Not sure how to do the - I just posted an inquiry myself about that issue.
