Cleaning Fuel Tank

I have read articles about cleaning your fuel tank and removing the wire screen at the bottom. Do I access the tank by removing the port bulkhead in the aft berth? If not, how do I gain access to retrieve the screen?

bh : There are numerous articles that I wrote in the Mainsheet about removing the screen on the fuel pickup tube.  Also are articles on removing the fuel tank and cleaning it.  It's probably also mentioned in FAQs and Projects.
Yes, start by taking off the port side panel in the aft cabin.
