Does anyone know where to get a replacement temp gauge for my Alder Barbour fridge? It is an 86 model....

Thanks!

You may want to try Adler-Barbour.  They were bought by a German firm a few years ago and their web site is: http://www.waecoadlerbarbour.com/.
I don't have the phone number, but I believe that they are in Clinton, CT.

Try this outfit http://www.rparts.com/ and also "frigoboat"
Just fixed mine with a new fan, local guy wanted 400 boat units, cost me 27.

For future reference and searches, I just replaced the control module on my '93 Cold Machine with the frigoboat (www.frigoboat.com) module.  After a few days it's working great.  $198 instead of $375 from AB.  The mounting holes are different as are some of the electrical connectors so there's a little simple fiddling around to do.  Mounted it with Velcro and a spot of silicon adhesive.  The visit by a fridge tech to check out the refrigerant and measure the resistance of the compressor windings was $130.  Rest is DIY.
