lifeline gate pelican hooks

I can't find a replacement for the pelican hook stolen by a Grouper last month. The lifeline was quietly dragging over the side when a grouper came up and unscrewed it (the little #@%&*). Now I can't find a pelican hook replacement that matches the other three.

Anyone know of a source? The standard pelican hooks shown in catalogs I've checked don't look the same.

If you don't have any luck with the factory, I have four original pelican hooks left over from a Lifeline Gate  project I recently completed.
