Did you know you can download NOAA Coast Pilots for all regions at Coastal Pilot Download Page.

If you're not familiar with the Coastal Pilot, its a detailed reference containing information on coastal and intracoastal waters as well as the Great Lakes.  A lot of the material is geared toward professional mariners, but I found it useful for cruising.

The NOAA web page NOAA Home Page overall has a lot of useful and interesting information.
