Looking for evidence of traveler upgrade

Should I be looking in the traveler mechanism as well as the galley overhead for four bolts? Is there anything else that might tell me if the upgrade was completed? Survey is Wednesday and we're traveling 600 miles one way, hoping we don't have to walk away after the survey, but we want to know everything possible, so I've been scouring the upgrade list and tech notes. What a great site.

It's pretty basic.   
Looking at the photos of how to mod the mounting of the traveler, if it has been thru-bolted the thru-bolts will be there.
If they're not there it hasn't been thru-bolted. 

But not a big deal to do it; it would be the least of the headaches any new good old boat buyer will experience!!
