Catalina Parts Department

Does anyone have a secret on how to get through to someone in the part's department at Catalina? They don't seem to answer phone calls, faxes or emails.

They answer my voicemails (Jan or Bob Butler).  Sometimes, you have to try twice, but they're pretty good about responding.
