I was performing my annual ritual of removing and cleaning my air conditioner raw water strainer unit this weekend and found both input and output 3/4" hose clamps broken completely through on the backside, out of view.  I clean the stainless strainer monthly, but I neglected to routinely check the clamps.  Never again.  Check your hose clamps today!
