Hi folks.  Wondering if any of you have had to wrestle with one of these? I'm trying to replace the lens in one of my Lewmar hatches and the hinge  pins are frozen.  Can't get them to budge.  My understanding is they're supposed to rotate to adjust the friction on the hinge, and slide to the center in order to release the pins from the frame. I've tried all the things you would try to free up something that's frozen ( PB blaster, etc..) with no luck.  Wondering if any of you all have been here before.

Sorry, I do not have that model hinge. But to "unfreeze" stuff, I have had luck with using Kroil penetrating oil, applying it over several days. Light hit with hammer.  Then try heat. Good luck.
