Hello I have rebedded all my chain plate because of leaking and I want to reinstall my rod inside under the chainplate and I want to know how to be sure than I have the good strengh on the rod. I can use only an open key to go there, no place for nothing else. Thank you and excuse again for my poor English, I'am learning.

I put a little Lanacote on the threads first. Then threaded the rod all the way into the horizontal bar. When snug, give it a little extra twist to get solid contact between the two. When installing the nut and washer, make sure the tapered shim is oriented correctly. Hopefully you marked where the nut was before you removed everything. If not be very careful you don't over tighten it and deflect the deck.

Thank you I have marked all the nut for each rod and I have just pulling down the rod after slacking the nut.
