I am trying to determine the sea cock and hose/hose barb sizes,  I checked the MK-1 manual, but the layout of the thru hulls doesn't indicate any sea cock thread or hose/hose barb sizes.

Can anyone help me fill in a few of these blanks?:

Are the Marelon raw water, sink, head, etc, sea cocks all 3/4" thread?
Hose size, sea cock to strainer?
Inlet and outlet thread size?  3/4"?
Galley sink drain hose size?
Head inlet and sink drain hose sizes?

Thanks for ANY help!
Ken
Twenty years from now you'll be more disappointed by the things you didn't do, than by the ones you did.

All that said, the two hose barbs that are 1" are on 3/4" valves and thru hulls and my engine raw water is 1/2" which seems way too small, so I think I'll glass over the holes and redrill for valves that match the hose.

Jon- do you recall what size your replacement thru hulls and flanged seacocks were?

I have 5 total. From memory (a risk lately) 3 x 3/4" flush thru hulls and flanged sea cocks; plus 2 x 1/2" flush thru hulls and flanged sea cocks. For some reason I'm thinking the galley sink drain is 1" not 3/4".

Did the yard have issues with the new flush thru-hulls fiitting the existing hull countersunk holes/angles, or did they glass over and redrill?

I don't know those details sorry.

I finally got mine ordered today...  I decided to glass in and redrill and go with mushrooms rather than flush mounts since none fit the countersinks already in my boat.

I left my galley sink raw water in at 1/2.

I upsized my engine cooling water intake from 1/2 to 3/4.  (It steps down to a 5/8 hose anyway, but I'm replacing the strainer, mounting it off the valve, and running 3/4 from the valve to the strainer and strainer to engine before stepping down to 5/8.

I upsized my galley sink drain and macerator output to 1" to match the hose barbs.

I left my head inlet / shower outlet and head sink drain at 3/4.

I ordered them all from Forespar since I couldn't find the configurations I wanted of the OEM 93 Series used on the new boats anywhere else.

Since you opted to "glass-in and re-drill", why did you decide not go back with flush thru-hulls instead of mushrooms? Too much work/expense?

You can re-drill old flushed thru-hulls and use them as "washers" for new mushrooms - no glass work needed.
Possibly not most elegant solution but no compromise on strength either.
