What size is the diesel fuel line from the deck fill to the main fuel tank? Getting ready for the harness upgrade so looking at the vent and fuel fill hose and noticed small cracks at the bend where connects to tank. Thanks for the help. Jon. W

Best "trick" heard recently from Rick Allen to do that is to remove the deck fill with the hose still attached after loosening/removing the hose clamps down below at the tank.

Rough measurement is that it's 1 1/2". Did a check using the search engine and found it is 1 1/2" x 4 feet long. Came up with 44" in my rough measurement. So 4 feet it is.

Jon : You are correct the fuel hose is 1 1/2" .
While you replace the hose you might consider changing the deck portion with a stainless steel fill cap assembly.

This will rid you self of the plastic (winch handle cap) that can/will crack and let water into the fuel tank.
