Footloose

Remove the "eyebrow" teak, fill the holes with thickened epoxy, repair the gel coat.

I would say removing the "eyebrow" is a labour saving action
Removed and patched the holes years ago. The holes are virtually invisible
Finishing the teak strip was tedious, and it gives a more youthful appearance

Aloha..I eyebrow was removed when I got my boat. It looks ok...and nothing to varnish!
