It was a little over 4k.  He did everything but the aft mattress.  All new foam, and all new curtains. The forward cabin was basically a custom mattress, I.e. Multiple layers of different density foams, to optimize comfort, about 5 or 6" thick.  I would highly recommend Barnes upholstery in Orange, CA.
