After looking through the search engine I found a lot of info on finding blisters etc. However, I didn't find anything about repairing them yourself.

A couple of questions:

1) After popping the blister, letting it drain and dry out, what to is the recommended filler after bevelling the blister out?

2) I have been told that you need to prime the hole prior to adding the filler. If so, what is the primer? I hadn't heard that from the guy who does the bottom jobs here.

Thanks so much in advance! :thumb:

Thanks Jim. Has anyone used Six 10 on this forum?

Sorry, just saw this - yes, great stuff.  Used it to fill bolt holes when we replaced winches.  Still have most of a tube in my basement waiting for the next project.  Would probably work well to fill blisters.  Interlux Watertite (an epoxy filler) would be another option as well.

I've used six 10 when I re-did my chain plate deck penetrations.  Really great product for that purpose.
