you might try to reach Chris at 732-938-4996. He is the designer of Heart Link 2000 stuff and repaired some of my stuff a couple of years ago. He is now with a new company in NJ.

Guys : It might be worth a try, but when I had any "Link 10" problems all I did was call Zantrex (800)446-6180. 

Don't know if they have dropped the "Link 10 & 2000" repair or not?

Yes, they have.  They didn't design them in the first place, they bought out Heart Interface in Seattle (which is the model I have).  Xantrex never knew what was "under the hood" anyway.
