Replacing the main hayliard

I want to change my main hayliard and my genoa hayliard. I found on the tech wiki sail and rigging a file for the main hayliard but i can't open because it's reserve for a special users. Why i can not open this file, i am a member. Thank you for your help.

Have a look at this post that describes "membership".  If you are a member of the C34IA, you will have a different password for the Tech Notes.

Your not missing anything.  There is a place holder in the wiki for someone to write an article about changing the halyard, but it has not been completed yet.
