Photos needed asap - head intake line into the head sink drain line

Stu, I see your point and I completely understand what you're saying. I also concede that it would be easier to flush from the sink but I also think that it might be a good idea to flush some clean water or the CP solution through the shower sump once in a while. The first time I flushed mine, it was really nasty because the PO had it disconnected, but now it runs as clean as the sink. In fact, I had to figure out just where it should be tee'd into and at the time, I believe I was advised to tee it into the shower sump(it's probably Ron's fault) :D

Once again, I think it's one of those "Your Boat, Your Choice" things.

Stu : My shower sump is clean - you shouldn't be surprised !  As Mike mentioned it's also nice to put clean fresh water thru the shower piping - keeps the hoses from turning black !

Peggy : I'm definitely the older fart and not resistant to change (that make sense) as I've got a few more years than you have !

Bottom line is -- that I hate doing plumbing on a boat, especially if the is another way to accomplish the same end result by using the factory plumbing that's already installed.     Your boat your choice !!
