Not sure if they were OEM but I have roller shades on these two hatches.  There is a little retaining clip that a clip on the shade attaches to when the shade is pulled closed.  The clips on both of mine have broken.  The shades are fine and if the clips are available I would rather replace the clips even though I am sure i could come up with an alternate fix.  I thought I wrote down the manufacturer but can't find my note.  Anyone know what I am talking about and know a source for those clips?

Hi Joe,

Yup, got the same shades on my boat.  The aft shade clip broke two years ago when I smacked it with my head while working on the propshaft.
I took the remaining plastic piece off and drilled and screwed a short dowell (about 3/8 inch long and 3/8 inch diameter and put a groove in it.  I removed the line at the shade end and put on a longer line with several loops that would go around the dowell and catch the groove.  That allowed me to put the shade down at different lengths.  Cost: $0.00 and increased flexibility.

I recently bought and installed a Zarcor roller shade, trapazoid shaped, on my v-berth hatch. If you google Zarcor, you'll find it. By the way, my shade arrived without the clip you describe. I called and they sent it to me, so I know they have them.

I believe those shades are made by OceanAir.  I just added one to my Mark I boat because I saw it and liked it on a friend's Mark II boat.  Zarcor does sell them.

Anyone replaced these shades lately? Mine has a broken clip on one and the shades themselves are a bit yellow.
