Additional Shore Power

I thought I would share this link to my site so people could see how I did it..

I live on my boat in Portland, Oregon. it gets real raining and cold here in the winter. I like being warm and cozy, so I needed more power. The Catalina MKII comes from the factory with a single 30 amp shore power. I wanted 60 amps.

I wanted to accomplish this the least invasive way possible

Here is an illustration of how I did it. I may decide later to join the two circuits but for now it is a closed loop system.

Big pictures so dial-up beware..: http://www.pc-land.com/simplelife/simple_life_dbase/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=51

Willie : Great idea adding another 30 amp shore power plug to the bow.  A number of my friends have done the same, as there are many times that you have to moor bow in !!   :thumb:
