keel bolt socket please confirm 1 1/8

I've been searching the Forum and discovered two different sizes for keel bolt sockets. Which is correct? 1 1/8 or 1 1/4? Thanks, Kerk

kerk, gary is right  1 1/8" , deep style, 1/2" drive. socket. you will need an extention about 9" long, and a 1/2" ratchet or pull bar...jeff

Kerk : If you'd have looked in "Projects" you would have seen a picture of the tool I made !!  You'll also need a universal for 2 of the keel nuts and an extension a little longer than 9" to do the job.  Equally as important as the of 1 1/8" size, is that it MUST be 4 " deep!!
