Mooring Ball placement

I am trying to set my mooring lines as a new owner of a c34 MKII.  I need the following information to complete my measurements, unfortunately, my boat is 2 hours away and the moorings are scheduled to be installed the end of this week.  If anyone could help I would appreciate it

Distance from bow cleat to water line
Distance of bow cleat to bow
Distance of stern cleat to water line
Distance of stern cleat to stern

TJL : I'd call the Catalina factory.  I'm sure they can get you those figures.
