This Friday, I'll be sailing with more guests on board than I'm used to. Looks like the party size wants to be about 7 or 8 people (beside myself). It will be a "three hour tour" kind  of thing that will mostly involve cruising around San Diego bay.

Anyone have any suggestions on just where to park all these danged people? Any other safety concerns?

Funny thing is they'll all find a place for themselves.  Don't overmanage, or over-worry.  If it's rail down, they'll want to be on the high side (why I don't know).  If it's calm, (motoring or downwind), they'll want to go to the bow.  Just do the life jacket routine for ALL of them.  Let 'em steer and pull some ropes.  Only caveat:  NO bloody black soled shoes:  I'm still cleaning up a "guest's" black marks from two months ago!
