Water leak in aft cabin
« on: June 15, 2001, 01:25:59 PM »

I have a bad water leak running down the port side of the aft bulkhead in the aft cabin.
I think I have seen the topic before, but cannot find it in the FAQ's or Tech Notes.  (my computer skills are limited).
Does anyone know if there is a source that is more likely than others for this leak?  Best way to fix?

I too have a leak into the aft cabin that I found this past winter after rain storms. I don't know where it is coming from, but it seems to run from the aft starboard side forwardunder my cushions into the small coverd storage hold by the locker. I never see anything coming in just from hosing off the boat. i guess I will have to run a sprinkler on the boat for a while. I did see a article a while back on aft cabin leaks but it seemed to be in the older models and it was coming in from the port side cockpit, under seat locker. I'm pretty sure that is a different problem than mine or yours.
again any helput there would be appreciated.
