Fifteen years ago, or so, we ventured from Bremerton, Wa as far up as Montague. This summer (what's left) we'd like to return to the Gulf Islands for a week or two. We are more interested in remote anchorages but occasional access to fuel, ice, and showers. I don't know when to expect a weather change (cooler/more windy). We will be leaving Washington around Aug 24th. Unfortunately, with a 1986 Cat 34, we spent longer working on herplus we got to the PNW later than we planned. Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.
