I thought I would post this for fun. I went fishing with my brother-in-law who grew up on the shores of the bay Sunday. It was opening day for Rockfish, and we managed to catch a couple. We then fileted, baked and topped with crab imperial. This is about as Maryland as you can get. Although the crabmeat was from Indonesia, there is no way the local crab industry can meet demand.

A lot of meals out of those fish. What's your recipe for the crab topping?
