Hi All,
I have owned and sailed my 1989 C34 tall rig now for 5 seasons sailing out of Erie, PA.  I want to expand my sailing experience by using a whisker pole on the head sail and flying a spinnaker.  My question is what is the most popular hardware that is mounted on the mast to connect the poles to.

If you have any pictures to share with me, that would be helpful.

Thank you,

Paul & Judy,
Can't help a lot.  I don't have a whisker pole. Reasons cost, single hand mostly, don't race (organized) much.  Think the cost/use ratio wouldn't work for me.  But that's me.  I do use an asymmetrical spinnaker without a pole.  Suggest you do a search here on whisker pole you will get pages of information.
Maybe I'll see you out on the water soon.
