Looking to buy - Lake Champlain

We are in the market for a C34 on Lake Champlain in Vermont.
We are open to moving the right boat up to the lake... but that does cut into the price we can offer.  Part of what attracted us to this boat is the great resource this site is. So thanks to all of you who maintain this.
